My current portfolio doesn't reasonate nd reflect the kind of work I would like to present and show to people either they be creative, future employersetc. Although it showcases the actual works in a efficient manner that is straugh to the pount I would like to make it aesthetucally more intersting, one that communicates my creative thinking skills beyond the works that i display.
My current one has qualities that I would like to continue into my new desing which are, easy navigation and accisble contact.in And I would like to bring foth new ideas to elevate and make my desing better whuch are, unique layout of typographyic and viual elements and adding visual elemnets to make the aeshethics of the website appealing. I wanrt people who view mh work to enter my site havingthis first impression of me that is they can see a glimpse of who i am as a creative and my dedication towards always growing as a designer and a person.
To achoeve this, I looked at varuous websites that display this approach and hopefully I would like to pick out some parts to try in my own website desing mockup.
I really like the way they have used the grid system to divide the page into two parts on eirhter side,
its simple but effective in communicaing to its readers their various reading options. Their colour choices
are down to two which doesn't take away too much from the content which is something to condsider when i am
making my own. Thier mobile display is euqlaly good however doesn't have that 2 side grid due to its size
but it still manges to look sleek, simple and creative throi8gh its typography.
Lomme's website showcases a curation their work, and what I really like about this is that its straight to the point. on the website its described as a =n archive of work which I really like; with an archive people can see my full body of work and with a folio they can choose to find what service they are seeking for. Addtionally, I lso like this type of presentations where it gives future users insight into what they are going to look at.
blah blah blah
Though the audience could be anybody, my i target audinces are those who would like to utalise my skill in some way. I would like them to be inspired, interested or a combination of both; either way be in the scope f art and desing.
